could you put a BOV here??

I've noticed that at the back ( firewall side) of my stock throttle elbow there is a small sealed port sticking out, since this hole is unused and in a handy postion, could you connect a BOV to this hole??? Theoretically its in a perfect position to do so?? but I aint seen no-one else do it?/

thats for the accelerated warm up system, yours must have been plugged, many people buy the greddy elbow and put a flange on there for a BOV, so ya its a good place for it, I haven't heard of anyone mounting it to the stock elbow, most likely because the stock blow off valve works well and if you go single and need a new blowoff valve, all aftermarket intercoolers that I know of do not use the stock elbow, so thats likely why *no one (that i know of) has.

I have the stock elbow and a custom intercooler setup, even though I have stock sequentials there is enough plumbing there to warrant a BOV,

I'm gonna give it a go!!
