Unhappy This could be goodbye.

Not a good day. My car got wrecked. I swapped cars with my home boy Tu so I can take some people to the airport. He dropped off his car for me and took my car. As he was driveing my car on the freeway, some dumbass guy came speeding on the highway and clipped him, my car did a couple of 360s and then slammed into the medium. Then the guy drove off. Luckly Tu is ok.

But my 7 has severe damage. If the frame is straight then it`ll take $3-$4G`s to fix. If the frame is bent up, then its probably gonna be totalled out. I`ll find out tomrrow. I get some pics of the damage up if I can.

Sorry to hear that about your car.
Your bros story sounds a little weak if you ask me.
Good luck with the car though. Post some pics of the carnage if you can.

Man, i'm sorry. That made me sick to my stomach. Maybe you can save some parts(or the motor for that matter), and find a 3'd gen. with a blow motor.
Good luck
Jim

I tend to agree with FD3Boost, your buddies story seems a little strange. Is he used to driving a high HP, light weight car? Any witnesses? I'd ask some questions. I hope it all works out for you!

That sucks! Your car was tight! Er....will BE again, I mean.....
Truthfully, the FD is tough, it can likely be fixed.
Hang in there, fellow Wichitan!

Looks like it's time for some 99 spec taillights. Too bad this happened, but it looks like it isn't too much.

WTF is going on with people these days? Raise your hand if you know that hit-and-run is a FELONY. It seems like it happens constantly.

OUCH!!! That looks just terrible. However, its great that you are getting it fixed. And like diablone said, might be time for some 99 spec lights. Post pics when you get her back.

Dude, I hate to break it to ya, I don't see any evidence of another car hitting your FD. The damage looks *EXACTLY* like the car rubbed along some concrete. Like he spun it into a barrier. See the marks on the bumper and 1/4 panel that scraped away the paint? See how the damage on the bare areas is sorta flat?

I'll tell you what happened, he spun it BIG TIME, he went all the way around and backed into a barrier. The concrete sanded down the paint and plastic of the bumper from the BACK to the FRONT, it is 100% obvious to me.

Either way I'm sorry to see your ride messed up.

Jeff

Ah, who cares how it happened? As long as everyone's ok, and the car's getting fixed, that's what matters.

man i hate when that happens, people sometimes just don't follow the directions, one time a guy was exiting the gas station and he didn't even look, i slammed on my brakes and on my handbrake too, i was like 1 inch away from his bumper, and i honked at him a couple of times, he just waved his hand, it's a good thing my dad was with me cause i would of jumped out and beat his ***
