Could Anyone Help Identify These Connectors - Engine (Alternator) Harness

I have attached a picture of an engine harness and was hoping I could get some help identifying the connectors. My car didn't have a complete harness and I am going to install this one but would like some help so I know what's what. Here's what I think (please correct any of my mistakes):

1. starter (solenoid?)
2. starter (main power)
3. ground at coil harness (where does it ground to?)
4.
5. coil (black goes to?)
6. coil (blue goes to?)
7. coil (white goes to?)
8. alternator
9. alternator
10.coil harness to engine harness connector
11.
12.
13.
14.
15.
16.
17.power to main fuse block
18.
19.X-12 connector to front harness
20.X-11 connector to front harness
21.negative battery terminal

I appreciate any help you can gice me.

Jeff

I know that two or three of these are grounds, if you could also tell me where the ground locations are...

Thanks to both of you for the replies. I have inserted the descriptions into the photo in case anyone needs it.

By the way, what does the connector to the main harness do?

That single spade connector is for the "DEMON" coolant level switch that sounds your buzzer. It is the one that nobody can figure out or find.

Now take out the front "Ring" harness, the dash harness and the Rear "ring" harness and we'll label all of them. They will wrap up the entire car's electrical harnesses.

That's a frightening thought! Hope I never have to mess with any of those.

I realize the Mazda Wiring Diagram Manual has all of this information, but it seems to be organized by system. Or am I missing something? Is it possible to derive the configuration of the emissions and engine harness, for example, by using those diagrams? What is the trick to tell, from their diagrams, what is on whichever harness?

Where does the main engine harness connector in the above attached picture connect to?? As I have the annoying constant coolant buzzer!?

(I've just put my engine into the car)

it is on the main engine wiring harness, it is a black connector that looks alike. It should be close to the spark plugs, you should have a white one that is exactly the same which is for the A/C.

Search in that area.

if you have just reinstalled an engine, you might have not passed it at the right place though. It should have followed the connector for the OMP and the knock sensor. Try to find the other black end that is not used somewhere in your engine.

I think I've found it... it's sitting to the left of the power steering pump. And the connector for it to connect to on the starter motor side of the wiring has snapped off.

Going to connect it up and hope the annoying noise is sorted!!
