cooling problem.
Hello
i have an matchported engine with stock cooling system. but i find it that when i turn the car off the cooling fans wont go but temp is rising to high. what is the usual problem for this? and also i need to have the AC turned and in car fan turned on for the front fan to work at all

The fans should start to turn on when the engine gets hot, about 220F. The fans will be on low at that point. At ~226F the fans will jump to medium. Turning the AC on will cause to fans to run at one speed higher than that. So if the engine is cool, the fans will run at low. If the car is hot, >226F, the fans will run at high.
