I changed my TB coolant line without removing the UIM. I took off the throttle body and that allowed enough room from the driver's side, even though it was a pita it worked.

The three hoses you have pictured look to be heater hoses, the first two on the passenger side of the engine bay and the third on the driver's side.

I always replace them on customer's cars when the motor is out of the car, definitely makes it easier. The one you'll have the most trouble with (motor in car) is the second one pictured.

Use a razor blade to slit the old hoses at the end (slit perpendicular to the hose), then a flatblade screwdriver to pry it apart to remove.

hope this helps!
