Guys, the best stuff is the Mercedes coolant at something like $20 a gallon.
There are huge differences b/w the green stuff. Do not use the orange stuff. It will ruin your motor.
I don't use the Mercedes stuff cause I usually take a voltage reading of the coolant. If it's more than +.25 volt, I change coolant. And it tends to be yearly so it would be a waste to run the Mercedes yearly. And anyway, I have the PoMan water inejction system so it would really be a waste.

Mazda makes a 5 year coolant that's green and reasonably priced. They tell me that's what came in my car. I don't recommend letting it go 5 years before changing it, but it should be better than the average stuff. It's also claimed that it leaves less residue.
As someone else mentioned, don't use the orange dex-cool stuff. I've heard bad things about it from some rotary mechanics including Dave at KDR.
