Which O-rings fail and cause white smoke?
I have the white smoke out the tailpipe problem. I haven't gotten my hands on a pressure tester yet so I'm not entirely sure if it's a blown o-ring. If it is, I need to know this: Which o-rings usually give out? Are they the ones that are at either end of the tubular dowels as shown on page C-41 on the manual? Or is it the sealing rings (sealing rubbers--also on C-41 in the manual) that are the problem?
Thanks,

thats not paint....
There are a lot of things that can cause smoke. I called KD Rotary and they listed a bunch of different things. I have a rebuild with only 6k miles on it so I wasn't going to settle for bad O-rings. I replaced my leaky pulsation dampener and haven't noticed the smoke. Maybe it is because I haven't been driving my car that much. But until I see more I am satisfied. I am not sure in your case; just keep an eye on your coolant level.

Also do you have a stock radiator and ast. These are plastic and crack leaking coolant. Mine did a little but I replaced them with aluminum right away. Just some thoughts.
