coolant not being sucked back in during HPDE

My hypothesis is that there isn't enough time between run groups for the engine to cool down enough to draw the coolant back in from the reservoir.

As Dale said in the other thread, time has nothing to do with it if stuff is working properly. All the suggestions I could make were covered in the other thread.
