Coolant Leak Somewhere????

Just bought a 93 touring stick today. On the test drive, it ran perfect, 84000 miles and sounds clean. When we began to negeotiate, I noticed a big puddle of coolant. Took a look underneath the car and found it was coming out from underneath the passenger side headlight, right where the resevoir is. Well the leak stopped, took it for another drive and no leak. It was kinda weird....I even took it for a HARD drive and NOTHING. Got home, a burning coolant smell. Checked under the car again....NOTHING. Anyone have an idea and a fix. Thanks.

Or a bad coolant seal in the engine. Since you're negotiating to buy, you may as well consider knocking a few grand off the price for a rebuild since that's not an uncommon worst case.
