Heres what the FD is doing...now. what its doing is the add coolant light is coming on upon start up for 30sec- 1min give or take, it really only does it when its cold out thats the funny thing, I keep toping it off to find a small puddle under my overflow resivor everytime I top it off. The temps its running at according to the PFC is anywhere from 80-99C depending on the weather outside and how im driving, If im sitting and no airflow is going its about 106-107c AT MOST on a hard run then sitting 110c for a short while then drops when I start moving again or when the fans kick back on, what do ya'll run with the Fludinedines? or the Koyos? Anywho after I shut the car off after its at "norm" temps 85-90ish I sit or let the turbotimer do its work ( do see how pointless they really are but it came with the car) It makes a "bubbling" noise on the passanger side of the engine closer to the thermostat so any idea what it could be? ALSO a note when filling the car with new coolant (AST had small leak fixed now) m buddy had a neat funnel thing (sure some of you know what it is) but when the thermostat what spose to open it, A: was open already or B: didnt open cause that funnel kept on going up and up... to the brim then bubbles...and it droped down, then that bubleing nosie kicks in, when I say bubble it sounds like boiling water in or near the engine, we think it maybe the thermostat but Im turning to the "O" mighy fourm of help and sarcasm... anyideas?
Sounds like either a bad sensor or the dreaded coolant seal. You may have lost the war on this motor, but stay hopeful. Does it smoke on startup? Is the smoke white? Does it smell like oil/gas or other. If you replied yes, yes, and other youre in trouble.

New motor WITH warranty still! any exhaust smells like peach's...meaning smells like fuel and a hair of 2 cycle mix, and it has the normal blue puff or smoke at start-up. but no coolant smell what so ever with the exception of what got sprayed on the motor from that pesky hose, and I was really hoping no one was going to say the coolant seal... may god have mercy on me and the car...
Well I'm the newby of advice givers so dont take no crap from me. I just can imagine what else it could be...
I mean if its not burning the coolant or losing the coolant(you say it blows it right back out) then its gotta be a sensor issue. My coolant buzzer will start buzzing sometimes for no good reason if I leave the key in for too long without cranking it(like 5 minutes). I dont loose coolant at a noticeable rate or blow smoke unless its ungodly cold. But, being that its a new engine it could potentially have a bug thats just sorted itself out.

Before you jump to the worst conclusions, air pockets in the engine will result in your symptoms of gurgling, bubbling when the fill cap is opened, and coolant sensor alarms:
1. "Burp" the system (search)
2. Check for even the most tiny leaks in the coolant tube from the AST to the O-F tank (or in the O-F tank nipple itself), and/or for a bad AST cap outer seal (either of these will result in an overfilled O-F tank, and low coolant in the engine, since the coolant won't be drawn back to the engine on cool-down)
3. If these are not the cause, then you can start to worry about coolant seals.

bubbles in the system, normal after a coolant change, just keep putting coolant it eventually will stop "air in the system", find some threats in the search for removing air in the system

I had the same problem and searched all the forums, posted a couple of questions, and still had no luck with the issue. I finally read one thread and got my own idea about the whole thing. My light was going off every cold morning start up. I would fill it up and it would leak out of the top of the overflow tank. It was as if the coolant wasn’t flowing from the overflow tank back into the system. THE FIX was me taking the tank off and dumping all the water out, cleaning it, and filling it to the correct level. The tank was overfilled and THAT WAS THE ONLY THIING WRONG. After I put the tank to the correct level I haven’t had the buzzer go off one time, and now I can actually see the water level stay at the same spot in the overflow tank. Top everything off and fill the overflow tank right between the "add" and "full" line.
