Coolant Issue

The issue I am running into is that when my car is running or if im about to take it for a drive, the coolant will start pouring out of my overflow tank. I am not sure if there is a issue with my AST or something with that overflow tank ?

If you don't have a pressure cap on the AST, put one on.
If you have a pressure cap on the AST, it might be coolant seals

I thought if it was coolant seals, you would have white smoke coming out of your exhaust, and I don't? Could it be air in the system too? I think my cap is a pressure cap, but i can't get it to come off? Might of been put on wrong ?

White smoke most likely means coolant seal broke on intake side and it's sucking it in.
Coolant being pushed out means coolant seal broke on the exhaust side and it's pushing it out the pressure relief/overflow.

To check, just pressurize the coolant system and see if it holds pressure.

+1 for using a coolant system tester. If it the gauge drops, check for external leaks. If there aren't any, then I'd try some other tests to confirm it's the coolant seals.

Did you fill the overflow to the correct level per the dip stick? If filled up to top cold, about 10 oz will be pushed out during warm up through small hole in cap.

Any overheating?
