Coolant hose by alternator
Coolant hose by alternator
Hey Everyone,
While replacing the alternator in my 93 Rx7 I nicked a small coolant hose (about 6 inches long, 3/8 oz diameter) right next to the alternator on the passenger side (if looking at the alternator from front of car). Does anything know the Mazda part number for this or what it is called/where it goes?

Is it the small hose going to the air separator tank? If so I would just go to a local auto parts store and replace it. That's what I did to my hoses when troubleshooting a recent coolant problem.

^He's talking about the molded hose that runs from the hardline to the back of the water pump housing..... runs through the TB back to the rear iron.
