Coolant Disappearing???

Ok as you can see I'm having some cooling issues. Here it is...

1) My car is a Single Turbo with Heavy Mods including a brand new Street Ported motor with a upgraded Fluidyne Radiator.
2) My car overheated once due to a aluminum shield which I thought was helping airflow but was actually blocking airflow to the radiator and intake. The car didn't overheat bad, the radiator cap started to steam a bit and the overflow poured some coolant on the floor, I caught this on my Power FC at 103degree Celcius and **** the motor off immediately and monitored my PFC on temperatures with the motor off and ignition in the on position. Temperatures reached 110degree celcius or so with the motor off.
3) After the car cooled down I drove the car back home that day and it ran fine after filling it with water. 85 degree celcius or so the whole way. *this car has not seen anything above 4k and 0 pounds of boost yet since its a new motor.
4) Drained the coolant when I got back and filled it with some coolant again with hardly any water added to the coolant. Popped on my friends 16 pound Radiator Cap. Temperature sensor was ripped off by mistake so we sodered it back on.
5) The car runs pretty hot at 95degree celcius or so sometimes all the way to 100degrees on a 75 degree day during slow moving traffic. When I hit the highway and get some air into the radiator then the temperature goes down a bit. If I drive with my A/C on (fans stay on) the temperature remains on at about 85 degrees or so steady.
6) Here's the problem: every night after i take the car out for a little run, be it 30 minutes and the next day I open the hood, I would have to fill almost 1/2 cup of coolant in. I've been filling the car with coolant since I flushed the system and added coolant in on a daily basis, thinking that I just needed to top it off.
by the way I did fill the AST up as well. There seems to be residue of coolant on the overflow. My car's exhaust is no smoking or anything. What the hell could this be?

I've had a similar experience with my'84. How do you know your coolant seals are gone? My car doesn't blow any white smoke, but the radiator is low on almost a daily basis.

Well I went to T&R (www.rx7s.com) and spoke to one of the owners and he told me that when I overheated my car that one time I had blown the coolant seals and as a result its been pushing pressure back into the radiator and out of the overflow tank when I drive. This is one of the reasons why I haven't seen any kind of resedue on the floor when the car is parked. When the car is being driven the overflow will spill out lil bits of coolant.
