No. Creep occurs when the wastegate is overwhelmed and boost rises above the target level (not spikes). This is usually in the higher gears when there is more load on the engine.

True boost creep can only be remedied by porting the wastegate or by adding a restriction in the exhaust.

why not try the ball and spring type boost controller? it should cost ~15 bucks only and if you dont got an extra 15 bucks laying around, you should sell your fd and buy some food and perhaps rent a place to stay!

skunks, thanks guy but money is not the issue. I have ran a manual controller in the past and i am looking for something that does not look cheezy. Dont know how your car looks but mine is not going to be tacky in any way. So i think im going to try and run the setup suggested by Damian.

Yes.

Damian used two ball & spring type controllers, one on the wastegate control, and one on the pre-control actuator, both with the lines to the stock control solenoids blocked.
