Control the boost on oen turbo instead of 2
I was thinking of putting the boost controller only on one turbo instead of both so that i could have the spooling strat early and yet have higher power in the higher RPMs or is that stupid? let me know

Not stupid....just ignorant. You need to spend some time researching on how the sequential system works. Read here, on www.fd3s.net, and at http://www.autosportracetech.com/RX-7/rx7stuff.htm
What's funny about your question is that, at the same boost level, the twins will already make higher torque/power at higher rpms....
