contaminated coolant?

Hey guys right now im diagnosing my car so far probably wont know till i due a pressure check on the cooling system. Just out of curiosity to further strengthen my suspect of blown coolant seals if the seals are blown will that allow oil to get into the cooling system. Because when i check/fill the car up ive seen what appears to be oil on the coolant dipstick or some sort of impurity and also in the ast.

Since there is a small amount of oil in the combustion chamber, it's quite possible you'll see it in the coolant. Just a fraction of a drop of oil is easily visible in water.
