Is this connector is right?
im simplifing my harness for simplified seq. and i would like to delete fuel temp and temp gauge since i have an after market gauge. but my harness looks different my pin out from the back of the connector is as follows
O YR LG * * YW BY * this is what i think is the gauge and fuel temp connectors
B G GY B W * Y *
FD3S RX7 - X-14 CONNECTOR - DASH PLUG (93 S6 JDM)
O YR Lg X X YW X Br
B G GY L W BR LG Y
O - Speedo input
YR - Reverse lights (power to lights)
Lg - Neutral (ground)
YW - Temp gauge
Br - Fuel temperature sensor
B - Dash cluster ground
G - Speedo input
GY - Reverse lights (power to switch)
L - 2nd gear switch
W - 1st gear switch
BR - Thermo fan switch
LG - Neutral switch
y - Electrical load input

Not sure what you are asking here. The connector you have posted, unless I am mistaken, is the one that connects from the emissions harness to the dash harness.
The fuel temp sensor should not go to this location. Only the temp sender for the gauge should go there. The fuel temp sensor should go directly to the ecu. Just check the wire colors at the plug and match them up on the other end.
Also, one thing to consider: the diagram you posted is for a 93, I can only assume based on your screen name that your car is a 95. Again, I could be wrong , but I think that there are subtle differences between those years.
One other thing that always seems to trip me up is the wire colors, B - black, L - blue, Br or BR - brown, B/R - black/red stripe, etc. I tend to mix them up...
I understand why you would delete the water temp sender, but why the fuel temp? The factory ecu and power fc both reference it. Unless you have larger secondaries in a different rail with no provision for it.
Good luck on your project!
