Computer , smoke and coolant leak

HI , i know that there are already threads on this issue , but i decided to create a new one based on my RX problems.

Problem #1
About one month ago my car started to cut at 4500/5000 rpm , if i reset the computer it starts running fine but normally starts doing that again after some time, what can this be?

Problem #2
Sometimes on the 2nd,3rd and fourth gear when the second turbo is supposed to kick i get no boost.

Problem #3
Last week i noticed smoke coming from the cat specially when the car is cold or after i rev it high, also some explosions come from the exhaust when i shift gears.

Problem #4

Saturday as i started the car i got the ADD COOLANT light on and a strange bip sound , i added the coolant and today as i started the car again the same thing happened, could this be the coolant seals ?

it would be great to get your expertise on these issues.

Pull the ECU codes as the car is probably going into limp mode. Your car probably doesn't have a check engine light on the dash, so you'll need to create something to read the codes. Follow this link:

Check the operation of the Turbo Control Actuator:

Probably done coolant seals. However, try check the coolant caps and burp the system:

leak solved

this morning i manged to sort out the coolnat leak, it was a water hose that takes water to the heating system , the metalic base cracked.

i believe that the coolant leak was not related to the smoke issue.

can the 2nd turbo problem be caused by a faulty blow off valve?

Not in the traditional sense of the BOV. However, the FD has a secondary BOV type device which is called the CRV. It vents the the secondary turbo during the first half of the transition so it's not over-working when it's not being used. If that doesn't close after 4200 rpms, it will vent the boost.

Check the overview of the stock system here:

And then work through the troubleshooting site I linked above:
