Compression Numbers ??
What are the compression numbers for a health engine ?
What are the lowest acceptable numbers - according to Mazda ?
If my numbers are between 6.6 and 6.2 an I ok or in need of new motor ?

I think that the lowest is around 60??? that what Mazda told me but they said to use a normal comression tester but can't cos it doesn't give u a right compression, so u need to a rotary compression tester if u got one!

7 is the minimum per mazda. There is also a max difference between chambers, but I do not know what that is off the top of my head. Check Cirian's webpage it has all of the compressions test info.
When I had my checked I was at low 6's. 3,000 miles later....boom.
