Complete Throttlebody Dissassembly

Who here has completely taken their FD TB apart completely? I wanna send out my manifold and all the IC pipes for powdercoating, and i dont want the TB to be the only thing i cant get done. Anyone have any tips?

From: next to the polishing wheel!!!
I take them completely apart to polish and modify .I replace the screws for the plates with counter sink allen head screws for better air flow . I cut off the shaft for the fast idle cam and make a spacer for the tps shaft when removing the complete hot wax rod system .

the main thing i have heard about it having to remove plastic sleves. Im just wondering if these are things that come apart easily, or do i need to buy replacement parts

Never a problem with a plastic sleve, they fall out .The hardest part is removing the 6 screws from the 3 throttle plates and that is not that hard if you grind the shank end alittle .If I can do this job any one can .Get to work and stop worrying.
