comparing 25 row twin oil cooler temp/ In-series & Parallel setup?

Hey guy's I know some of u have twin 25 row oil cooler setup in-series and I was wondering how many of u monitior oil temps? I have the Parallel setup and when I am crusing or driving hard my temps goes only 167 to 170 which means my mocal oil stat never open. In addition I notice whenever I go for a ride and come back my right entire rear end have white residue on it which I think it's something else but not sure, btw the car is not buring rich I have adjust fuel. Also I know some people say the water & oil temp goes togehtermeaning stay in the number I think that is wrong, last night after doing some crusing in 90 degree weather my watertemp is 190 degree and oil is 167 degree.
Thanks, again I am only looking for 25 row twin setup In-series temps not oem twin.

Feel you oil coolers to make sure the Mocal t-stat is not stuck open or opening early. They are known to not operate properly.

I run dual 19-row in series. My first Mocal t-stat would randomly stick closed. When it operated properly (opening at 180), oil and coolant would always stay within 10-F of each other. The one I have now opens early, at about 150-F but my temps still run within 10-F of coolant in the summer heat. In fall-winter-spring oil stays low at highway speeds but runs within 10-F of coolant on surface streets.
