Cold idle problems

Have seen a few threads here but no one seems to have quite same problems as me, not very knowledgeable with fds but this issue has been bugging me for a while so thought I oughta try here before I take to a shop

So I'm running Apexi PowerFC recently re-tuned for rebuild/porting and single turbo conversion
Idle is set to 1250rpm no electrical load, 1280rpm with load.

Now when I first crank car over it'll jump up to idle (1200ish) and immediately drop try and idle at 800-900rpm idle rough as hell and if any electrical load comes on stalls or even turning the wheel.
I don't have the coolant running to hot wax rod and TPS is within spec given that PowerFC controller is reading it correctly.
Car will idle fine at 1450rpm and have a nice pulse for bridgeported engine once it's warm (80 degrees roughly)
Once driven for a while under boost etc it'll slowly climb up in idle and get close to 1800rpm a quick stomp on throttle in neutral will return it back sometimes.

Really stumped as where I should start.

Cheers guys.

Have you set the screw in the throttle body correctly? on the bottom elbow side. There are a few tutorials around.
Do you have the Idle air control valve deleted and is the wax rod still in place and holding the throttle open?
