Exclamation Cold & Hot Startup Stumble

I havent been having having trouble to startup my engine but when it does it stumbles as shown in the video. I wanted to check to see if the spark plugs were wet. So, yesterday I turned on the car got it up to operating temp and rolled it onto some ramps. Today I took off all 4 plugs and they were completed dry. I went to turn on the car and the video explains what happened. As you can see the idle does not bounce at all and neither does the vacuum though it does drop. What could be causing this. The name of the video is MORNINGSTART.WMV Here is the link.

Ok, guys took the plugs out after the car was at temp. The front rotor leading plug was wet but it didnt have the green tint to it. It was more of a light brown and what I mean wet I mean very little. Didnt smell like coolant to me it just smelled burnt. The thing thats hard to explain is that somedays the car starts great no problems so days it sounds horrible for the first couple of seconds.

For some reaon the link wouldn't open for me.
How many miles on your motor? Could it be a carbon build-up issue, affecting the initial fuel charge on start-up?
