I agree with Marshall.

Cd = Drag / (0.5*rho*V^2*S)

Where,
S = Area (frontal or other defined area)
rho = density of fluid or gas
V = Velocity of fluid or gas

Solve that for drag and you get what Marshall said. Cd is unitless and Drag has units of Force. Just thought I would toss that in with everyone else's comments. If you don't believe me then pick up any Aerodynamics or Fluid Mechanics book.
