Unhappy Co-Side of turbo leaking oil

I took my rx7 today for an oil change and filter today at the shop i trust and have always trusted Motorsport Pitstop (Porsche Pitstop). They decided to do alittle looking around to see why I was still not making boost in secondary. He reminded me of his previous checking of the motor and found ntohign wrong. PBC maybe did not find anything wrong because my secondary is blown. Today looking under the car Pitstop noticed the turbo closest to the passanger side which i believe would be the secondary was leaking. It had bad leaking all over the co-side of the turbo and intake. Min the owner believed strongly the turbo is indeed not effective. Please guys I need as many comments and thoughts on this as possible does the oil leaking mean its the reason for no 4500+ boost? Is the turbo closest to the passenger side the secondary? Anything Thanks for all your help. If it works out this week or next i will be having a new set of turbos installed.

Oil leaking from the compressor side of the turbo means your seals are starting to leak. This doesnt stop the turbo from boosting in my experience, worst case situation is really bad smoking when driving,, (unless the compressor wheel is jammed and seized up) pull the piper of the compressor side and see if the compressor wheel is free spinning. If its free then your secondary boost problem is related to one of the turbo controlling devices

I would also make sure they didn't over-fill the oil. I accidentally over-filled my oil not too long ago, it backed up into the intake side of things and dripped out of the Y-pipe slip fitting onto the downpipe. Took me 2 hours to dig down to it and find where the leak was coming from - once I found it, I quickly drained out a bit of the oil and I was good to go.

Anyhow, check the simple stuff first. My oil was past "F" on the dipstick, BTW.
