Clutch won't release (stuck)
Hey guys, i know this might have been addressed before but i just can't find the problem like mine. Well this is what happened. It started out as a "i can't get in to 1st and reverse with ease". But just today when i was driving and came to a stop at a red light. Well when i try to get in first my clutch has no pressure on it and got stuck, i have to pump it couple of time to get it in 1st and when i'm in first and keep on pumping it a little bit more i can get into 2nd and 3nd fine. But only when i have to stop i have to pump it to get it in gear. Now when i got home i try to bleed it and i tried for a while the fluid came out fine and no signs of air of bubbles. The clutch would have pressure but still getting stuck once i release the air. Now do you think that i might have a leak in one of my clutch cylinder i don't exactly know where they both are located but what do you guys think.

It sounds like it might be a bad clutch cylinder. The clutch master is right behind the clutch pedal in the engine bay, directly under the cruise control unit. The slave is on the tranny right behind the starter.
Also make sure you have the brake fluid reservoir completely full. If you're low on fluid the clutch hydraulics will run dry first.
I just got done rebuilding my clutch master and slave this week, so if you really wanted to you could buy a couple of rebuild kits and we could do it in a few hours. I also have the power bleeder kit that helps a lot.

Thanks dgeesaman, where is the reserve tank at. is it where you add the brake fluid in? i saw another tank under the UIM and it's full, is that the one. How much did you pay for the rebuilt kit for both, and about the power bleeder where did you get that. Thanks for the advice.
