Clutch Thickness. Need to replace or not?

I pulled the motor out of my rx-7 and i am debating whether or not to replace the clutch. The thickess at the moment is .305" . there is a little bit of space between the rivets and the pad. I am wondering at what time i should replace the clutch?

You might as well replace it, Its a lot of work to drop the tranny for just a clutch job...

A new disc is about 8mm (.315") thick, but that is compressed thickness. I am not sure if you measured yours compressed or not. If not you can subtact about .010 - .015" to your measurement.
