i have one quick question over here...

i realised when i was doing WOT on 2nd gear or 3rd gear... i have a wierd smell coming into the engine compartment .... the smell came in when i was around or during transition...

that definitely doesn't smell like coolant.. and it smells a little plasticky...

could it be clutch slippage during the transition as sudden increase of torque?

oh yeah..... how much HP the stock DK clutch will hold ? i'm having my car around 310 rwhp... suspecting over pushed the stock clutch..

btw.. it's pretty new.. only about 2 months old...

 

Yeah I did the same thing. It sounds like your clutch. You will know soon enough cause it will start to slip next. At wot the rpms will break loose, and it will only get worse from there. Just my guess!
