tcb100, I'm sorry I didn't update the thread with this info, but get to the adjustment rod ASAP!

I put my new slave in wednesday night and had the same pedal feel, so I got into the foot box, and guess what? the adjustment nut on the pedal rod had loosened and the rod was adjusted all the way out! 5 minutes and I was back on the road.

I will say though, that with the new slave, my clutch pedal (properly adjusted) feels silky smooth now, like a new car.
