Clutch Rattling sound

Clutch Rattling sound
With a pull type clutch, I have a rattling sound when the clutch pedal is pushed.
No rattle or noise in neutral or gear with the pedal out.
I changed the pilot bearing and seal. I did not change the throwout because it felt OK and did not make any excessive noise before.
Could the problem be the throw out bearing or pilot bearing. I am ever aware of damaging the pilot bearing when mounting box to the engine and they never seem to fall into place without some man handling.
It is a twin plate clutch but it has anti rattle springs.

I know twin plate clutches are known to rattle, but I know nothing about anti-rattle springs.
I would assume the springs would reduce some rattle, but not eliminate it all.
Only assuming.
cheers

Throw out bearing and input shaft are the noise makers in our transmissions according to all the reading I've done. Between the 2 yours would be the throwout.
The input shaft bearing noise is present while in gear and in neutral and goes away when the clutch is pressed.
The throwout bearing makes noise when the clutch is pressed in as that's when it is engaged. I could be wrong but this is my guess.good luck

I know the gearbox input shaft bearing is quiet and I know the sound a noisy gearbox input bearing makes as I have had that problem before with 1st gen and 2nd gen gearboxes.
My bearing concerns are the pilot bearing in the back of the eccentric shaft or the clutch release bearing. I don't really understand pull type clutches well enough to understand when the release bearing would make noise. Note its not wurring but rattling.

What clutch do you have? Are you sure you are not referring to a sprung hub? The plate between the clutches will rattle, just the nature of the game. Mine rattles and I love it.
