FL Clutch Problems!

Okay 93'Fd with stage 2 clutch, all components brand new.New master and slave also.No air in system.
Push pedal in gently, shift everything okay.
Now light to light drag race, quick shift, alittle aggressive the release bearing pops out the the clutch cover plate, which inturn disengages the slave and causes the fork to slap the clutch cover.WTF!Happened twice so far.Afraid to drive and get stranded.

Any help please!Thanks!

Wedge collar and locking ring should be replaced or at least examined to see if they are bent/warped/damaged. Unfortunately this requires pulling the trans again

I agree. The locking ring on the pressure plate is probably warped or damaged a bit keeping the throwout bearing from locking in properly.
