Clutch parts and numbers

I am about to change the clutch on my 7. Can someone please list all others parts and numbers needed to do the job properly including seals, bearings clutch fork etc.

Just remember, the 5th synchro job involves opening up the tranny. It's not that hard, but some folks don't have the tools or aren't interested.

Also be careful with the sensors on the extension housing - the wires get pinched very easily and often end up broken.
