I checked on the slave piston and its definetely engaged to the fork. the throw out bearing is snapped in as well. I think it may be a matter of free play, or air, Ill find out soon enough.

well the clutch doesnt engage until about half way so I have to figure it out

just wanted to say thanks again for all the help. I went out and adjusted the clutch pedal play and it works perfect now, thanks guys
