is it the clutch???
alright so i though i had air in the system because i noticed i had a hole in the hose coming off the slave cylinder. after i replace the hose and bleeding out the system when i started the car pushed in the clutch none of the gears would pop in... i also hear a grinding sound ( not like a gear grinding) it would only happen when i would push the clutch... the clutch pedal would also shake with that grinding sound( once again gears don't want to go in....sound is not me trying to push into gears by force.)
any idea what exactly is going on ???

You're not fully bled, or something is still out of whack.
Have someone watch thru the inspection hole of the bellhousing while operating the pedal. No need to run the engine and grind gears for this. You might also be having problems with your t/o bearing retaining ring.
