Clutch?
Hey all,
I did the clutch adjustment from Lightning in a world of thunder website(the writeup on it is over a year old). Anyway, I adjusted the rod all the way out and this would not let me clutch engage, so I adjusted back some. Question; My clutch lets out right when I let the pedal off the floor. It grabs immediately(or releases, I should say). Is my clutch ok like this? Is the rod adjusted so the clutch is always slightly engaged or is where I have it ok on the life of the clutch? When I let the pedal out, I can hear the bearings, so I know the clutch is let out. So is this adjustment actually letting my clutch disengage totally? Thanks for info,
Steve

You can adjust it anyway you want, so as long as the clutch is NOT riding itself. This is basically when you have it adjusted to the equivalence of riding the clutch with your foot.
