Cluster issue, not your normal problems...

Hey guys! Hoping someone can shine some light on this. I’ve gone through all the normal cluster threads and done some homework, but I’ve hit a wall.

Car is a JDM RHD car. All I have working in the cluster is oil pressure and temp. Fuel, odometer, tach, Speedo are all down for the count. I disassembled the cluster and replaced several components even though they looked ok. I didn’t see any leaky caps, etc, but I still replaced the common ones that go bad.

At this point it occurred to me to start checking power and ground to the cluster. I have ground, but no 12v power to the positive screw in the back of the cluster. Anyone know where I should start? I’ve tried to dissect some of the wiring diagrams, but everything I find is in Japanese. Without power to the cluster I’m thinking it’s either wiring or maybe some type of fuse or relay. Appreciate any advise anyone might have! Attached picture of the back of the cluster where I’m checking for 12v and a little picture of the car for entertainment purposes lol

Thanks guys!!
