Flip your headlights up, turn them on against a wall or garage.
Look into your headlights and you will see some phillips head screws.
Stick a screwdriver in the bottom ones and tighten the screw and watch your beam pattern move lower. It's really painfully easy :\

thanks jsplit, i figured that is how it was done but that helps a bunch, mine actually need to go up because they dont light that much of the road up.

Good try but no cigar. Heres two different websites showing how to properly aim headlights using the same method.

I can't find some of my pics since imagestation lost a ton of its user pics recently through a majaor data loss. I might have it archived on a cd somewhere but I'd have to look for it.

A Q45 projector is going to be way too big to fit inside the FD headlight housing.

Just wanted to see if you had started you sanding and see how they came out i was thinking of the same thing but i don't have an extra set to try it out on, incase it does mess them up.
