Since Im going to be taking out my motor I am going to paint my egine bay and polish evey thing metal. Is their anything I can remove to make it cleaner inside? I am getting a intake and a FMIC so that will clean it a little. Can I remove the airpump? What should I do? hmm..

There's a stupid metal tube that goes from the d/s behind the engine and to the p/s, then goes to the front of the engine bay, where it ends in a rubber hose that connects to the lower radiator hose. That metal tube is a PAIN IN THE *** when you're trying to change your turbo's out. Put a piece of -12 hose on it and run it to the lower radiator hose instead.

 

haha sweet, thanks man! I am getting a silver hose techniques (silicone) kit for the car so im going to go ahead and replace all those damn hoses while I can. I am also going to go non-seq to clean up the rats nest. Plus im going to polish everything and paint my interior

i want to spray it CLEAN with ENGINE DEGREASER....is there ANYTHING else BESIDES the INTAKE(i have BLITZ) that i have to cover up???
