Cleaning the front spoiler

My front spoiler is mere months old, and I can't get it to come out gray like new. pressure washers dont' help. Then I got a glob of wax on it by accident and it looks like a honda boy couldn't control himself while looking at it. How do you guys keep your front spoilers clean and looking good?

If you have wax on the black plastic that won't come off, get a rag and some peanut butter. Yes, peanut butter. That takes wax right off the black plastic.

To get a nice shine, I agree - use some sort of tire protectant. Make sure to get something that goes on as a foam or that you put on an applicator and apply - the squirt-on stuff gets everywhere (like on the paint).

I use tire GEL... not spray on tire gloss. The gel sticks to it if rubbed on properly and won't even fling off. Most of them will withstand moderate amounts of rain without completely coming off.
