cjm fuel rail kit installation pics?

Does anyone have installation pics of the CJ Motorsports FPD fuel system? I'm not sure how to route the lines and where to mount the FPR.

I've searched and google'd but keep finding kits that look close but are slightly different or are missing key things like the built-in Y on the secondary fuel rail.

This is the kit I'm specifically trying to install: CJM FPD Fuel System, 13B-REW | CJ Motorsports

Thanks in advance!!

I have CJ Rails but don't have a picture of them all plumbed. I have the -8 feed going into the rear of the secondary rail, the the front of the secondary to the front of the primary, rear of the primary to the FPR mounted to the front of my UIM using the CJM bracket. I can hopefully get photos when I am putting my engine back in next week.

Hope that helps

That is different, mine was like that when I bought the car and it did not make much sense, you inlet from the tank should go into your secondary rail as it has the largest injectors... At least that's what makes sense in my head and what I have been told.

in stock configuration it goes through the primary rail first, then the secondary rail.

I have id2000's installed in my secondary rail and stock primaries, and my feed still goes to the primary first.

Secondary injectors turn on later so it makes sense to feed what is constantly on first. However, I'm running in series so it's different than what the OP is asking for. He'll be running parallel since there's a Y in the rail. OP, run your feed on the Y, and from the Y, run a line down to your primary. Both would outlet to the fuel pressure regulator that would then return to your return line. As for mounting, I've seen multiple places to but if you're running single, CJM sells a bracket to mount the regulator where the OEM boos solenoid sits on the UIM.

You can feed it to primary or secondary, it doesn't matter, only reason stock configuration is going to primary first is because that's where the FPD is. I feed mine to secondary, because that yield the least useage of braided line.

Here are some old pics.

These are some of the very first production parts, but the hose routing is the same and really unchanged. Unless the customer decided to route them different than intended.

Hey i have a question about about how you guys installed your primary injector insulators? did you guys just set them in the grove around the injector adapter or was there something to press down on them to keep them tight because mine pop up when i pressurize my intake system.

Please post of picture of the insulators you are referring to. The CJM rails need only the CJM injector boss adapters and the proper length injectors to install correctly. I am not sure what the insulators you speak of are.
