I'm getting a lot of hesitation under 4500 rpm. Once the 2nd turbo engages it smooths out but lower rpm's is stuttering and choppy. If I jump on it at all at lower rpm's it's very pronounced.

Any suggestions?

2' You looked at plugs ?
3' have u played with anything on car?

A vid of problem would help

Sounds more like air leak
If u foot down is it fine only on croosing the problem happens ?
