Check your plugs, guys..(not 56k friendly pic)

Whoa!

Left two are #1 and #2 Leading(7EQ), Right are trailing #1 and #2(9EQ). Cooked the edge right off after 4k miles on trailing #1!!

Replaced factory NGK 7 and 9's with platinums(still 7 and 9's), even though expensive. No more cold-start backfires and she screams like a banshee to fuel-cut now. Motor is still tight. (42kmi, '93, 10psi boost-controlled,stock ECU). Anyone get another read on these plugs please post.

Do yourself a favor: Go at the plugs with a 13/16 plug socket from the bottom. Borrow a race-jack and a single jack-stand if you need to.

Well, Thats about how mine look every 10,000 or so. Go with 9's all the way around. Get rid of the 7's becasue they won't help your engine.

Not to get into another "7's vs. 9's all-around" debate, but with just a DP, intake, CB, stock ECU, AWS intact, 10-11psi max psi controller-limited and stock intercooler they work fine as designed.
