Check out this leading coil

Here is a pic of my leading coil. I was running a Jacob's amp on it, which I was told would burn out the coil ... well here is the proof!! I figured I'd run it till the coil burned out. The Jacob's unit does perform well and I think it can be shown here that it definately puts out more spark than stock.

DAMN, Uh, yea I'd say it burned it up haha

Doesnt Jacobs have one that doesnt burn up the coils? I was thinking there was a older one and a newer one and that one or the other didnt burn up the coils.

I might be thinking about another brand though

Garfinkle runs a Jacobs with a crane motorcycle coil mounted on the fender wall away from the engine heat . The coil is 33000 volts before the jacobs.

Carson,

You are the man! You break the parts almost as fast as I break bolts. Have you moved into Ward's house yet?

I've heard that the Jacobs Amps should only be used with the Jacobs coils since they can fry stock coils...I guess it's true
