I thought that if you put an aftermarket actuator on the passenger side door, it would break the passenger door locking mechanism. I thought you had to get a RHD FD's door mechanism and install it upside down?

damn guys, what if you were the one guy who had already bought it. Hes thinkin "hell yea, i got a great deal..lucky me" and then out of nowhere all of us coem and start upping the price and stealing it out from under him. It would be sum **** too if the guy was someone here on the board too..hehe. but ANYWAYS, put yourself in his shoes...and if they dont fit then hell, buy the car!!!
I actually built some good rapport with the lady over the phone and she told me her story....
Apparently the car was owned by her mother who passed away this past december, this is why she's getting rid of it. Her mom was a big sports car nut. She says her mom owned a few Porsches in the past. The car just sits in the garage and only ocassionally get's taken out by her. She told me she (not her late mom) prefers the porsches because the FD's sit too low to the ground
.
Anyways, I didn't move fast enough this morning when I talked to her. I should have wired her the full asking price and agreed to but it sight-unseen then take the chances.

FD's with power locks, are you kidding me. When you put an aftermarket alarm on you have to buy an actuator because it's has no damn power lock. Youhould know that ig you have a FD. Unless you just use the stock alarm, which is useless. Has no ignition kill, just a loud sorry honking beeps from your duck sounding horn.
