I got mine for about $15 off of ebay.

A bar is a bar, as long as it bolts in place it's all the same IMO.

don't do it, they are crap and dealing with the vendors selling them is even worse. the 1st one they sent me was clearly the wrong one so i sent it back, then i recieved a replacement which looks like it will fit , but the holes don't line up. i still have not recieved my $ for shipping the 1st pos back to them(2 months). rather than try and drill the holes perfectly i think it would work great as a towel holder in the bathroom! spend a little extra for something that will fit correctly and doesn't look like you spent $12 on. just my 2 cents-garrett

Buy it. If you don't like it, throw it away. It's not like you are taking a big risk.

Just curious, but what was the company that you bought the strut bar from? I am having the same problem, they sent me a strut bar that clearly does not fit. I emailed the girl and KINDLY told her if I could get a strut bar that does fit, she writes back in all caps "IT WILL FIT I WILL HAVE A TECHNICIAN CALL YOU!" I am about to drive down to the shop and slap the crap out of that girl. It clearly does not fit the bolt pattern on my 7, I'm not fooking stupid. Anyway, the tech guy is trying to resolve this for me. But I will pay them a visit if they give me the run around.

Got my "ebay" Strut Bar delivered yesterday and did the install last night. Took only about 20 minutes to fine tune the fit. This is how it looks on my FD.

I know you said you bought this bar from Ebay and in your other cheap strut bar thread you said it's the one that starts at $29.95 or something like that. I searched and I cannot find the style of bar you have for the FD! If you could provide anymore information like the Ebay user or company you bought it from it would be a big help. By the way, nice engine bay!

Thanks,
Dennis

lilgt6: Thanks. Do a search on ebay for "93 rx-7" make sure you hyphenate (rx-7). It's the bar that sells for 29.95. My cost with shipping was 45.90. Good Luck.

I got mine off ebay for $7 + $10 shipping I think..

had to adjust the bolts a little, but it was no big deal, went on fine. tightened up the front end very nicely. much crisper turn in.. It doesn't look bad either.

Well just think of it like this...A* bar, whether cheap or expensive, is better than NO* bar. Oh and Martini...you have nice red paint
