What about if instead of the y-pipe you just got rid of it all together and had two pipes for everything?...wouldn't that make the most sense if we could fit it in?

Don't you think that there are enough pipes under the hood as it is?

I would also love to here the Laminar/Fluid story as well.

I haven't read the whole thread in awhile, but has anyone mentioned the fact that the butterfly valve in the rear y-pipe stays closed until switchover, therefore the boost of the 1st turbo isn't slamming over to the 2nd turbo causing alot of turbulance. It does fill up the small amount of space going to the butterfly valve, but then once it fills that up, its going up and through the IC, etc. Once the 2nd one comes on at 4500 and it opens up, I doubt if the boost of the 1st turbo is really making much of a difference to the boost that just got release into the system from the 2nd turbo. Since both are going to be around the same amount of boost, ones not going to be overpowering the other and shoving air past the oncomig air and hit the compressor wheels on either turbo. If installing the divider made a difference, maybe the boost drop at transition, when it always drops, would be lessened, but thats just a guess.
