chattering noise...this is crazy

Well first off i get this noise that sounds like belts squeaking comming from under the car...sounds like the tranny...i didnt know if it was clutch chatter or what because ive never heard what it sounds like before. Anyway this is odd to me......it will do it like crazy when the car isnt warmed up. Sometimes i dont have time to let the car warm up so i will start it...sit for like 1 min then go...that's when it does it the most. Once the car warms up it wont do it as much....and it's when im driving...(not when i push the clutch in). Also it does it some when i close my hatch or door (when the car is off!!) It does it when i hit bumps and also when im in a low rpm in certain gears. If i just floor it ...it's like it wont do it...or not as bad. I know this is crazy but it's exactly what's goin on. The clutch has slipped a few times (like 2 or 3) in the past month...but hasnt in like a week. Im going to get a new one soon and im hoping that will fix this. What else.......It will do it at idle also sometimes. Mainly it's when the car doesnt have time to warm up and im driving....when i hit bumps or when i close my hatch hard. I know this is confusing but im just letting you all know what is goin on with this. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP!!!!!! I searched also with no findings on this

I think it's most likely the heat shield on the catalyzer pipe. Get under the car (when it's cold) and check the catalyzer pipe where it attaches to the downpipe/precat. I bet you the shield on the pipe is loose and can be moved by hand. This happens due to corrosion and you will either have to remove the shield or buy a new cat...
