yes, with no AC or PS they are VERY accessable. but if you still have the AC and PS, then just remove the intake elbow like I said.

idk why it is so hard for so many people to yank the spark plugs from above, personally its easier for me to do it from above with out removing anything. No, I am not double jointed or anything. I don't even use a universial U joint thingy to bend to get to the front sparkplugs, I can do prefectly fine without it. What really slows me down is working on a hot engine!. I live on a hill and all my friends that come over so that i can work on their cars have to get up my hill which is pretty much a 2 mile winding road that is about 25-45 degrees going up all the way and the roads here are pretty wide so you can really open your car up. (speed limit is 15-20mph but everyone goes about 60mph, Bikes and topend cars i have chased up my hill go damn near 100mph). One thing that might be helping me out is using a little ratchet I bought from ACE hardware. its just a little bit smaller then a standard ratchet and seems to fit in there perfectly. I have done it with regular ratchets as well but it takes me perhaps 5 mins more.

BTW: Has anyone here worked on a 94 auto FD??? I tried with a friends from underneath and it took me forever to do. I think there is a little plastic box or something next to/infront of the steering shaft which totally blocked my hand from getting in there, has anyone else seen this black plastic box thingy??? Is it exclusive to autos or just auto 94's???
