Changing rear wheel studs without breaking bearings

So I bought spacers that came with longer studs for the rear, bur from what iv researched it looks like once again mazda makes it an insane pia to replace the studs. One member stated that the task required breaking the wheel bearings by removing them from the spindles. Bearings are not cheap for the fd. Any advice or am I better of purchasing studded spacers?
