eletrical car killing issue/ starter

Was driving my 94 today, and car legit dropped DEAD, after messing around abit all a sudden came back, to reiterate, i mean DROPPED dead,no anything no lights no motor no nothing, and i think my starter is toast, idk what do yoy guys think should i rry tackling first? I was leaning towarfs the possible ground issue , but wanted to get some opinions i thibk im lacking a current or something (new to electrical kind of stuff)

Check your ignition cut-off switch which is part of the anti-thief system. It's located in the drivers side kick panel right under the left side of dash board. I had to use a jumper to by pass the circuit until I replace the module. The alarm, lights and horn will still function when triggered.

Maybe someone has a picture as I've unfortunatel sold my "baby". Good luck

Check the MAIN and other fuses is the first test to ever do!
Second would be the main ground and positive cables.
